Personal Time Keeper 2.0 is a program for people who need help keeping track of their time and cost per hours or minutes, whether at work or working on your own. It is easy and simple to use.

You enter a job file name, job file name description, and your dollar amount that you charge.

After selecting the job file you are working on, you enter the start date and start time, After you finish working on your project you enter the end date and time by just clicking on one button. You can also edit the date, start, and end time at anytime to make corrections.

You can print you job file to get the total hours worked and the total dollar cost for you job.

On the main menu a a reports print utility lets you print all hours worked on jobs, selected jobs, all files with date range, or selected jobs with date range. Or print a summary just showing total hours and cost. You can also export to a text file all details or summary report.

After a while you may need to clear up unused job files you no longer use. You can use Archive in the main menus to archive all unused jobs that you have finished using.

Navigating menus is fast, and very simple to use! You never have to learn or memorize a set of icon pictures, or learn new short cut alt keyboard entry keys. All of that is simplified and easy.
